Alberto Hernandez - Head of Commercial Machine-to-Machine (M2M)
Alberto joined Vodafone in October 2012 as Head of Commercial for Machine to Machine. Alberto has a wealth of experience, coming from Telefónica Group where he led the Global M2M Presales & Commercial team. Alberto is fully responsible for driving Vodafone’s Global commercial activity at strategic and operative level which includes bid management, contract management, pricing and expert commercial support.
Alberto has more than 12 years of experience in the Telecom and IT industry and previously held several management and non-management roles within the Telefónica Group covering Sales, Presales, Product and Marketing. He has worked at both global and local levels for Telefónica de España, Telefónica Data España, Telefónica O2 Czech Republic and Telefónica Digital.

Alberto holds a degree in Economics-Business Administration and has a Master’s degree in Telecom Marketing and Strategy. In addition to his native Spanish Alberto is fluent in English.
